The request-access form is designed to collect your name, club or program, role, email address, an optional mobile number and an optional answer about how you currently run the week.
Why it is collected
Information submitted through the request-access form is intended to be used to respond to your enquiry, understand whether Locker Room is relevant to your football environment and continue the conversation you asked us to start.
Analytics and cookies
Phase 1 of this site does not add marketing analytics, advertising tags or analytics cookies. Before launch, this notice will be updated to describe only the analytics and cookies that are actually implemented.
Technical logs
The hosting and security setup may generate technical request logs needed to operate, troubleshoot and protect the site. Provider and retention details will be confirmed before launch.
Retention and service providers
Final retention periods and the complete list of service providers depend on the Phase 5 lead-capture implementation. They will be documented here before the site is launched publicly rather than guessed in advance.
Marketing communications
Submitting a request for access is not intended to enrol you in unrelated bulk marketing. Any launch communications process will be described here if it is introduced.
Australian privacy context
Locker Room is being built in Australia. This notice will be reviewed against the Australian privacy obligations that apply to the business and the final marketing-site data flow before launch.
